Am typically flexible and gracious with my reviews but we were honestly disappointed with this one. 1st the meeting point you get on the Viator app & email takes you to the square but you must walk another 10 minutes away to get the tickets activated then walk back to the square. Whatever description they have on the app & confirmation email for where to meet is very confusing & we had to keep asking & couldnt find the orange flag. Glad we got there with time to spare. Secondly, the overview claims views from the dome but the tickets to the dome are not included. When I tried to call the agent & even sent them the description they would not respond or pick my calls. That's false advertisement and rude. We made the best of the visit & did not allow the disappointment rob our joy. You can keep the falsely acquired fees. Peace out.
