- The entrance is subject to a strict dress code. Please make sure your shoulders and knees are covered.
- Please remind the entrance to the Dome is not included in this booking.
- The multilingual audio guide will be available only for the Vatican Gardens.
- The audioguide for the Basilica is an APP downloadable on your mobile: headphones are not included.
- Please take note that audioguide will not provided for the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel.
- For security reasons, reservations can only be made for individuals aged 7 and older.
- Children under 7 are not permitted to book.
- The Vatican Museums reserve free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability of more than 74%. In case of not self-sufficient, the free ticket is also extended to a companion
- The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.

The Vatican Gardens were absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and unique perspective of Vatican City. Skipping the lines at the Vatican Museums made the experience even more enjoyable. The tour of the gardens is very short and if you have difficulties with the audio device it is not informative. We were at the Vatican on a day that was very crowed so hard to evaluate on what would be a normal day. Off course the museum is stunning but with so many people it was not enjoyable.

Get a walking tour of the gardens if you’re interested in getting good views and pictures. Poor visibility and a pre-recorded guide. City Wonders was a great tour company. Over priced for what you get

We had taken a 3 day Rome pass to make the Vatican and its museums and I got sick and could not make the trip on the day we had booked. We asked if it was possible to shift the Reservation to another day and the answer was no. Given the Award of the pass and as the name indicates it was good for 3 days and at no time they warn us that we can not shift the day. They replied that there was more room but if we repaid 100€ there was room. Abused really to make people pay again!!! Basically we can not be sick on holiday!!!
