I booked the tour and contacted the operator to confirm pickup. However, I was informed that the tour was full and not available. If this was accurate, it should not have been available to book online. A day of my trip was lost because I was not able to book a different tour.

It was a very smooth experience from hotel pick-up to traveling to the ancient city of Troy. I commend the agency for attending our needs as tourists. When we arrived at Canakkale, their staff were warm and accommodating. I really like how they send us to a ferry transfer to proceed to our day trip. I highly recommend this Troy Day Tour.
