It's awfully hot on the bus. There is no air conditioning, only warm air comes in and outside it is 35 degrees. A lot of people feel bad. I would never do this again
Make sure that you know the bus stop and departure times. Buses did not run on schedule and seats are on a first come first served basis. Allow plenty of time to get to the airport, as takes about 1.5 hours. Don't leave it until late.
Bus gear shifting was very jerky on our trip back to FCO. They packed the bus full at the Vatican stop. Fairly quick and easy otherwise.
Very poor. They sell you a return fare and when you get at the starting point to go back to the airport they tell you that the bus is full and you have to buy another ticket with another company. Out of 6 passagers, 2 could travel with Terravision. We had to get 4 tickets with another company. For those who travelled with Terravision, the driver was very unpleasant and forced us to put in the boot small handbags with fragile stuff that got destroyed. And the staff was as unpleasant as the driver.
When booking transfer from Termini coach station to Fiumicino, we were also offered a car transfer from the hotel to Termini for an additional (acceptable) price, so we booked both transfers. Unfortunately, on the day the car simply did not turn up and there was no way to contact anyone to see what was happening, so we ended up getting a taxi to get from the hotel to Termini and luckily we managed to get there on time to catch our bus to the airport. I must say, we did get an apology and the refund for the unused transfer as well as a voucher for the same amount, should we decide to book with them again, so no hard feelings and a big thank you for the level of customer service. Again, it would be helpful to have a phone number or any point of contact in case something goes wrong. The bus trip to the airport was good and comfortable, plenty of room for luggage, the bus was easy to identify and find at Termini.
Zero stars. Viator agent told me the buses to FCO ran until midnight. They stop at 9:20. Had to buy a ticket on site. Do better Viator.
Excellent service, punctual and well organized. The driver is available, polite, and correct.
Very happy with the trip! The bus left exactly on schedule at 03:40. The ticket purchase itself was done in a flash, and there was good music on board which made the morning a little easier. A quick and efficient transport to the airport – recommended!

Complete con. Bought a ticket online and paid for it. The voucher/ticket would not download and I got charged again to board the bus. Said they needed a QR code but I had my booking reference. I do not recommend using this company. Not sure who gets all the extra money as I saw them do the same thing to others. Beware.
