Our driver was fun, professional and easy to find at the airport. I knew we would be tired when we landed and this was a super easy way to safely get to our hotel with minimal effort on my part

The service we received was excellent. Lots of communication and prompt responses to our questions. As we're were landing they they constantly kept us up to date with their activity and where we could find our driver. Fabio, our driver, was brilliant. Because i have limited mobility he actively came and found us and helped us to where the car was parked (and the car was perfect). He then helped us with our baggage into the car and again at our hotel. Grazie mille, Fabio. Jill and Andy

Everything went smoothly. Came out of baggage claim area and driver holding up paper with our name. It took over an hour after landing to get our luggage so very glad to see him.

The driver was waiting for us in the luggage area when we were ready. He took our luggage and walked to his car. He drove very well. Our driver was a last minute replacement because our original driver bailed on us.

Meeting point unclear— long walk to car— driver and vehicle both excellent and made up for the lack of logistics on the front end of arrival.
Sorry for long walk , but this is not our fault, we have the parking the car in that place because it’s a provision made by the airports of Rome. I think is better don’t made a review to us but to the airport , our work was excellent your words !
Flight delayed in Toronto and missed connection to Rome. Charged us an extra 55.00 Euros to change time even though it was out of our control. Then, when we arrived in Rome, our luggage did not arrive on our flight. We had to go to Customer service and file a claim. Driver did not want to wait for us. Had to argue with him to stay and wait for us to file claim for luggage even though we had prepaid for the car/driver. Would not recommend.
Not my experience too! The flight had been booked for the day before and you asked me if I could come and get it anyway, we accepted by writing that the change would be made with a payment of Euro 55.00, I was written (documented by email) that it was fine , afterwards we went to pick up at the airport the next day as per the contract, however the flight was more than 2 hours late and we also waited for the collection of the baggage which in the meantime had been lost, normally as it is written in our product we wait for 60 minutes and if there is any problem we ask to be warned what not made by customers. We arrived the next day as requesteded and waited the airport for 2,20 minutes.
Met our driver at the airport exit. He wasn't very personable. I thought the pick up point was going to be just outside of the airport exit, but we had to walk a distance to get to the vehicle that was parked in the airport garage. Not very convenient while carrying luggage.
I apologize if the driver did not seem sympathetic to him, but we can guarantee that we have always had excellent reviews on his professionalism, obviously there may be a subjective evaluation which however could not be evaluated, given the distance from the airport hall to the parking unfortunately it is true there is a bit of distance, but we can guarantee that in that parking lot we are obliged to leave the car for the airport arrangements.
Experience was flawless. Driver was waiting with our name even though our flight was delayed and we were the last ones to get our bags at baggage claim.
