The only thing I can say about this company is they are very very responsible, I hardly recommend this company.
Horrible poor communication Had the time wrong then confirmed the correct time and they still didn’t show up.
The driver was on time at the hotel. There was an accident on the way to the airport and that caused severe congestion. Our driver Eray was very kind and tried very hard to find alternative routes to avoid traffic. Although he did not speak english, he made an effort to translate everything on his phone in order to explain the situation. The only problem with the company is that although we asked for a receipt with the driver, they did not send it and then it took 2 weeks to send it via email after a series of communication.
On the way everything is good a greeter send you a email text fine. On way back its disaster. You arrange day before a driver they confirm what happened they were 1hr20min late! Each time we called driver will be there in 2mins! Hotel then called and told us just from speaking to them they are unreliable unprofessional people and said wait 5min otherwise hotel will arrange. Finally a driver came he said the co sent him as other driver something happened! He was very fast drove quickly and was friendly.
