Would highly recommend ,the service was excellent driver was very communicative throughout the whole process .
Driver was waiting for us but the van was dirty and the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was a very warm ride.

There was a little confusion when the driver showed up at the airport and we had more luggage than he expected (one large bag and one carry-on for each of 4 adults). But he very quickly arranged for someone else to take us to our hotel. They should have asked when we made the arrangements how much luggage we had and it would have avoided the confusion.
Our flight was delayed three times, I called ahead to inform Viator so that they could contact the shuttle service that would be picking us up about the delay. All three mini vans waited on us, even though we still arrived later than they were told.
Very nice, waiting for us in tbe taxi area when we landed. Very nice vehicle and smooth ride to Rome.
Once I was able to find the driver in the large crowd it was good. Please use more visble signs. Was impossible to see you in the crowd.

Driver was not willing to use AC even after we requested for her to do so. The reason we chose this service was because the description said AC was included. Big disappointment!
We have A/C in all our vehicles and we always use it.
