- In case of late arrivals, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted.
- The tour will operate in light rain. However, it may be canceled in the event of severe weather (e.g., typhoons, strong winds) if the organizers deem it unsafe.
- Cancellation Notice: The official Fireworks Committee decides on cancellations on the day of the event. We will notify you of any cancellations in the morning or at the meeting point.
- Boat Operation: The tour will also be canceled if the boat operator determines that sailing is too dangerous due to severe weather.
- Refund Exceptions: We do not compensate for personal transportation expenses or any other costs incurred to reach the meeting point if the tour is canceled on the day. No refunds will be issued once the boat has departed or after the fireworks have started.
- Alternative Plan: If the fireworks festival is officially canceled in the morning, the tour will automatically switch to a standard 3-hour "Cool Evening Cruise" for 13,800 JPY. The price difference from the fireworks plan will be refunded at a later date.
- Full Refund Policy: If the fireworks festival is scheduled to happen but the boat cannot sail due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
- Facilities: All boats feature a rooftop observation deck and are equipped with Western-style toilets.
- Onboard Rules: Karaoke is prohibited, and all indoor seating is strictly non-smoking (a designated smoking area is available on board)
- Return Time: The river will be extremely crowded. As we prioritize safety first, the exact disembarkation time cannot be guaranteed. It is estimated to be between 21:30 and 22:30, depending on river traffic.

The entirely experience was great. The fireworks finale made the evening e an more enjoyable. 10+ for this part of the tour. Two problems. The bus tour was a waste of time. Being driven around with no narration was meaningless. Also after you leave the boat getting home is a problem as the company gives you no assistance and you have to walk quite a way in the dark and hope to get a cab.
