Our tour begins at the iconic Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). Your guide will lead you down the historic Nakamise-dori shopping street, explaining the traditional crafts and snacks, before arriving at Senso-ji, Tokyo's oldest temple. You'll learn about Buddhist customs, how to purify yourself, and the history of this sacred site.
After visiting the main temple, we'll take time to explore the vibrant Nakamise-dori and surrounding Asakusa streets. Your guide will point out interesting local foods and unique souvenirs, giving you time for a quick photo stop.
After taking the train from Asakusa, we'll arrive at one of the world's most famous intersections. We will experience the famous "scramble" and your guide will show you the best photo spots to capture the organized chaos from above. We will also visit the famous Hachiko Statue.
