We were not able to do the tour because we could not find where to pick up the audio headsets. Please refund our money.
Unfortunately I didn’t find this one good at all. There was no real help in navigating the cemetery, just 2 people having a chat. I ended up just googling a map and worked it that way. The cemetery is AMAZING, the guide not so much.
Fun audio tour in English. Lots of information and some corny jokes to keep the momentum going. I have been to the cemetery before, but have learned and seen many new things.
I still haven't been able to download the tour. There is paid and on my account I see cancelled. How about that??
Eerie yet fascinating somber history. Audio tours with hand held devices provided flexible options for touring the catacombs.
Very good tour, guide could have been better. A lot of walking so be ready. For steps and rough paths. Big enough that there weren't any big groups or queues.
I wouldn't recommend buying this tour. The cemetery is free and the audio sounded horrible. Since you get in the cemetery for free spending this much money on just an audio tour is lame
Do not buy this self audio tour. It was a waste of my money! It doesn’t give you directions to the graves. I was lost.
My train was more than an hour late (Paris-Granville line, Monday September 11), and I tried to contact you in 2 different ways (by email and by telephone) to warn you and obtain either a postponement of visit or a refund.
This was supposed to be a self guided audio tour. When I pulled up my ticket on the day of arrival it had me email a guide. I had nothing to download . The guard at the entrance had no idea about this kind of tour, Honestly it would be best to book when you are already in France from a local. I never got anything from this order.
