Very nice experience. I highly recommend it. Easy and reliable. I even saved their number. Fiumicino city > Civitavecchia I was a bit skeptical at first since I had paid in advance through their website, hoping that everything would go well. I was advised to use this company. Paying in advance allowed me to get a super competitive price (€130) compared to three other providers (€220-€250). I had made a mistake with the time, but a WhatsApp message to the company quickly rectified that (I speak Italian). The taxi was there on time, and the ride went very well to the cruise port terminal. Civitavecchia > Rome city Same procedure for the booking. Somewhat of a wait (15 min) with uncertainty about the driver's arrival and the meeting point (cruise terminal). That said, we had moved the pickup time forward by an hour via WhatsApp. Very accommodating. I still called the service just in case, and at that moment the taxi arrived with my name on its sign. Trip to Rome, perfect. Savings achieved compared to other providers: €130.

A total nightmare. Very difficult getting in touch with the company, no clear directions on where to meet, and the charge was double what it would have cost had we just booked a ride at the airport or from our hotel.
Hi, The taxi driver pays the municipal rate. However, it's normal to pay more if you use travel portals or agencies. Excellent service from Luca! He allowed me to connect to the Bluetooth and I was able to play my favorite songs all the way to the cruise port. He arrived promptly and helped us with our luggage. He was very kind and I had a great service. Me and my husband both were very pleased. I highly suggest using the service and getting Luca for sure! Cost was about €150 which is decently priced

Great communication from start to finish. The driver had trouble finding us at the first pick up, but that was my fault as put incorrect hotel in. Note put FULL address of hotel for pick up. He rung us and spoke to the receptionist at our hotel and promptly picked us up. Very comfortable minivan and we thought excellent price. Would definitely book with them again.

This is a total scam as they picture a van and a car showed. We booked a ride for 4ea people to go from Rome to the cruise port. Once he saw us with luggage to take to the cruise he left without saying anything.
