That way, we can contact you. • You will receive a text (or WhatsApp) message from us upon your arrival. • We will monitor your flight and dispatch the driver accordingly. => Driver will have a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign. => As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive. => If you are experiencing any delays, please contact us as soon as possible, so we don't hold the service. => For delayed, cancelled or changed flights, please contact us as soon as possible to enquire about your options. => 60 minutes free waiting time after you land. This should give you plenty of time to get through immigration and baggage claim. If you are delayed beyond this time, please contact us as soon as possible. => Normal luggage allowance includes 1 suitcase and 1 carry on item per person. Additional luggage will incur a surcharge. You must notify us in advance. => If you have difficulties locating the driver, please call/SMS/WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020. => You can contact us via WhatsApp using free Airport WiFi. • International Terminal (T1) Proceed to The Meeting Point located inside the arrival hall between A and B. • Domestic Terminal (T2, T3) Wait at the baggage carousel where your luggage is coming out from.
