Misbah was very responsive and accommodating. We booked our tour on a Sunday at 1pm with a train to catch at 3:15. We were unaware of the Sunday Angelus which pushed out tour to a later start time. Misbah went the extra mile for us and arrived on location to assist as needed. Through his guidance we got to see the Papal event and then be some of the first people in the Bascillica once It re-opened and we're able to catch our train.
Mishbah Ubbin was super friendly and helpful! Went above and beyond with helping us as we booked last minute. He made sure we were taken care but getting in contact with us before the tour to during. We didn’t have to wait in the super long line we skipped it all soooo worth it! Would 100% recommend!
There was nobody there to make sure the audio guide connection worked. Neither my husband nor I were able to get access to it!!!😔

Friendly and professional guide. All information was well communicated before our scheduled entry time. Our visit was around Easter so even with skip the line tickets, there’s still a wait to go through security. We waited 40 minutes to get in, the regular lines were at least 2 hours. It was worth it!

This was absolutely worth the money. The line was so long, literally hundreds of people, and walked right up, with about 15 people in line ahead of us. The information on the audio tour was very interesting.
