Shuttle Bus between Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and Rome center (Termini)

Bought tickets online via their website 30 minutes before departure and the confirmation did not arrive. Not even in Spam. Wasted €14. Staff outside the bus were very unhelpful.

Scam. Book with any other company. They lie about the times. It always says 5mins departing on the TV where you buy the ticket but they ultimately decide when they want to go. Complete scam and book elsewhere.

This company is horrible. They charge more than advertised. The next bus time sign on their desk is a screen shot and doesn’t change it always says 7 minutes. We waited at the station through three separate times they said buses would be here, about an hour . Horrible customer service as well just overall bad company. Lied about prices and bus times just to scam people into buying tickets

They are scammers; we bought a round-trip ticket, and on the return, they had canceled the trip. To arrive on time for our flight, we took a bus from another company, which we obviously had to pay for. We went to complain to get a refund for a service that was not provided, and they ignored us; they did not refund the difference. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

On Friday, upon arriving at the airport in Rome, we went directly to the provider, and they told us that if we bought a round trip, it would be much cheaper. We had no problems on the way there, despite the extreme heat on the bus, but yesterday when we went to catch the bus from Rome to Fiumicino Airport. They informed us that the 6:40 PM bus was canceled, and no other bus would leave until an hour later. That meant we would not make it to catch the plane. We had to buy another return ticket from another company. Upon arriving at Fiumicino Airport, we went to the office to get a refund for at least half of the round-trip ticket we had purchased, and they kept us waiting for more than half an hour, and in the end, they did not refund our money... They kept the money from six people for whom we had previously paid for round trips, and they did not provide a solution. It cost us to go from Rome Airport to Termini a round-trip ticket plus an additional €9 per person to be able to buy a ticket with another company and return to the airport. I do not recommend this company at all... They have made approximately €45 from us without providing the service since there were six return tickets...

Avoid, at the airport they lure you to purchase the ticket claiming bus departs in several minutes , then you wait 40 min watching how other operators depart on time, when you try to go back from Rome they can randomly cancel the bus. Avoid this company to avoid stress.

without air conditioning the entire trip to more than 30 degrees. Inhuman. Embarrassing, I encourage you to catch him with another company that has the air conditioning of the buses fixed.

No issues finding the bus at the airport and we were on our way to Termini within 10 minutes. Bus a little run down, some seats were held together by seatbelts. Takes about 40-45 minutes in very busy traffic. Drop off right outside Termini. Return journey was a different story. Arrived in good time at the stop, sign said 8:10am for the bus. We waited for 30 minutes with no bus in sight and then decided to pay another firm for the ride to the airport, so €27 out of pocket. No idea if the bus ever turned up.

We had a really disappointing experience with one of the staff members. We explicitly asked whether the ticket we were buying was for the bus leaving at 14:10, and were assured accordingly. However, it turned out that the ticket was actually for a bus departing 20 minutes later. When we addressed this, the staff member denied everything and claimed he had informed us beforehand, which was simply not true. What made the situation worse was his attitude — he was quite impolite and completely unwilling to help. He also refused to offer any refund or solution, which felt very unprofessional (badge number: 890794) The bus itself didn’t improve the experience either. Compared to other companies, it was quite old and had an unpleasant smell. The only positive aspect was the driver, who was friendly and polite. Overall, I would not recommend this company. There are much better and more modern alternatives available.
