Their add said free cancelation if notified within 24 hours. But tour guy says they go through another company. I tried 3 different phone numbers, well before 24 hours with no luck. I will choose visitor next time.
Hi Kendra, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it must have been to try reaching us well within the free cancellation window and not receive a response. That’s not the level of accessibility or support we aim to provide, and I completely understand your disappointment. For clarity, some of our experiences are operated through trusted local partners, which can sometimes create confusion around contact channels and cancellation handling. That said, you should still have been able to reach us in time, and we take that seriously. We would really appreciate the chance to look into what happened with your calls and booking specifically. If you’re open to it, please reach out directly so we can review your case and make this right where possible. We’re sorry again that this affected your plans in Paris, especially for such an iconic experience like the Eiffel Tower. Kind regards,
Sarah & Fetah were both great!
Dear Karin, Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased to hear that both Sarah and Fetah contributed to a great experience for you. Kind regards,
Sarah was wonderful. She was patient & understanding about our desire to stop at stores & take pictures too. She was knowledgeable about Paris & its history. Will do ours with her again. The only issue we had is that what we originally booked was changed & we didn’t appreciate that. Of course that is company decision & not tour guide decision. Sarah was wonderful working on her birthday too
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that Sarah made a positive impression with her knowledge and flexibility throughout the tour. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the tour expectations and will take this into account as we continue to improve the experience for our guests.

Fabio our guide was so knowledgeable about the city, we did an 8 hour tour through Paris and it was amazing. 10/10 recommend.
We truly appreciate your feedback, Jason. It is wonderful to know that your Paris day tour with Fabio was such a memorable experience. His energy and deep knowledge of the city make every moment engaging. Thank you for the 10 out of 10 recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you on another Tour Guy adventure soon!
We had an excellent tour with Fabio! He was very interesting, and quite knowledgeable about the area. For 5 hours, we ventured through various parts of Paris. He shared lots of history about the area. There were two other ladies on the tour with us, we because one group, chatting and learning about each other. It was an excellent day. Fabio was worth every penny, as he managed to keep us together through a lot of crowds and movement. He knew how to work the lines at the Louvre, it was impressive. I loved the day which ended at the Eiffel Tower. It is a lot of walking, but no one complained. We took a morning tour, which was nice beating a lot of the crowds.
We're so happy to hear you had a great time exploring Paris with Fabio! Sounds like you had the perfect mix of history, sightseeing, and good company. Thanks for highlighting the effort he made to navigate the crowds—he's a pro! Hope to tour with you again soon.
The tour started out with a long climb uphill as you rose above Paris into the Art district. The Guide was very knowledgeable and was always informative, and answered questions. We were separated from the group as we made our way down towards the tube. We were able to contact the company, and we joined back up at Notre Dame. The Louve was amazing. Once finished with the Louve you were back on your own to get transportation to the Eithel Tower and to purchase tickets on the boat tour. We didn't realize there were dining and non-dining boat options. It would have been nice for the tour to conclude at the Tower. The dining option on the boat would have been a nice option to have as part of the tour.
Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the guide’s insights and the Louvre experience, and that our team was able to help you reconnect with the group. That said, we appreciate your note about the tour logistics toward the end. We’ll review how we communicate transitions between segments, especially regarding transportation and boat tour options. Including more clarity—and potentially a dining upgrade—could definitely enhance the experience. Thanks again for helping us improve.
We had such a great experience with Yuliya! She was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! Our favorite part was the tour of Montmarte and the view of the City

It sounds like the guide did an excellent job making the Louvre's highlights accessible and enjoyable, especially with their communication skills. It’s always nice when a tour is informative but also fun, and the walking portion adds a relaxed pace to soak it all in. Sounds like a perfect experience!
