You can do it directly on your reservation or you can inform us by phone or by mail, indicating your booking reference. •For travelers staying in the Gothic Quarter (Old Town Area), please note that we may be unable to pick you up directly from certain hotels due to narrow streets or construction zones. If our driver cannot access the street where your hotel is located, we will arrange a nearby meeting point for your convenience. •The hotels or apartments have to be located in the city of Barcelona. •If the hotel or apartment is located outside of Barcelona city, we will send to you a meeting point. •If you are arriving on a cruise, you will be picked up 30 minutes earlier since the port is quite far from the monuments. We will provide you with a designated meeting point at the port. •We do not offer pickups from the airport. We will provide you with a convenient meeting point in the city.
