No show and no call. Very upset with how this was handled. We had to secure alternate transportation to our hotel
We booked this to take us from CDG airport to our hotel near the effile tower. The driver was exactly where he said he would be. Even after customs took a crazy long time. Spoke perfect English, had a clean welcoming car with drinks and snacks. Then when it was time to schedule the return they were responsive to my emails and where exactly where they were supposed to be at 5AM I might add. Sweet drivers both times, very happy with experience!
Worked hard to locate me after a markedly delayed flight! Pleasant and got me to my hotel quickly considering the traffic!
