You will taste two types of wine with food pairings including pecorino Romano and Barolo cheese, 30 years aged balsamic vinegar, truffles and more. The experience takes place in a locally loved restaurant located in the center of Rome, in trastevere. As you sip, our expert guide will unveil the unique stories behind each wine and local winemaking traditions.
