Terrible company. Never received the tickets. Don't waste your money. Scam.
Did not receive tickets until 3 hours before tour by which time we were out and about in Rome and had followed the instructions on the booking confirmation. We had no data on our mobiles to see that the company had emailed us to advise we had to go the their office a few blocks away from the Pantheon. We therefore missed our slot as Tours Zoveel DO NOT make any attempt to meet you at the Pantheon. Emailed them the shame day requesting a refund but have had no reply - its been a week.
