It did not work for us. Or, I should say, I couldn’t get it to work. I installed the app beforehand, like they said. But when I went to the app in Rome, it brought me to pages for me to purchase the service. It did not recognize the purchase I already made. So, since I couldn’t figure out how to use the app, I gave it one star.

Normally, the instructions for loading the guide in the application are included in your confirmation email. Also, we have an onsite representative that is meant to assist with any technical issues before your touring begins. You could not do the majority of the tour without internet. The audios were tiny snippets. Would have been better to have more information and less stops
The advertised price of 7.50 euros was enticing, but the actual charge of 10 euros on my credit card left me dissatisfied.
The app does not show an arrow to show which way you are walking. So brief wrong turns are common. App froze often locking-up phone until re-start.
Complete scam. Could not download the map and after several calls and some online assistance there was no map. A waste of time and money!

We booked this tour as we had been to Rome before so had seen all the major attractions and just wanted something that would give us some interesting facts and information. This app was excellent as we just wandered round for 3 days listening to the audio commentary which started playing automatically whenever we were close to anything of any interest. We learned so much! It was really great value for money as it continued to work the whole time we were in Rome even though we expected it to stop after the first 24 hours, so that was a bonus. For the 6 or so Euros that it cost it is excellent value for money.
Excellent illustration of our Christian ancestors! Works like Miguel Angelo's Embalmed bodies of 30 popes, out of 266 our Catholic church has had!

The idea of this app is really nice: it allows you to have news spots and above all to join the tour guides at the most convenient point of interest without having to start or end at a specific time. Our guide, Filippo baroni, was very kind, very prepared and very friendly!! Valery introduced us to this app at the reception of the entrance to St. Peter's and we are very grateful to him.
