Food delicious! A wonderful Evening for both my husband and me. My husband enjoyed making the pasta and tiramisu. The chef was articulate and easy to understand
The cooking experience was great and so was our chef! Just FYI, although you eat your own prepared tiramisu, the pasta is communal. Great restaurant.
We did this for thanksgiving dinner and it was so much fun! You cook, you eat, you laugh! They serve you the fruits of your labor after preparing the food. Highly recommend!
The class was so much fun and so hands on. It wasn’t as easy as it seems. We have a new appreciation how much work goes into making pasta. Paolo was fantastic with the tiramisu and Jo was especially helpful with making of fettuccini. It was a delicious meal afterwards. Would highly recommend this class.
Let me start by noting there was a disconnect between the tour operator and the restaurant hosting the cooking class. When we arrived for our 3 pm class, we learned that there was no class scheduled. The restaurant graciously offered two other class options later that day or a private class. Since the walking was wearing on my 75-year old father, we opted to stay and do a private class. The class itself is a lot of fun! We started off making our dessert and moved on the pasta. Our instructor made it look easy, but I’m no chef and needed some extra help, which she graciously provided. Of course, the best part was enjoying our handiwork!
The cooking class was so much fun for the whole family (ages 15 - 44)! The food was delicious and we got recipes to take home. The guide was very entertaining, informative and helpful. She even took photos of our group for us which came out perfect.
Wonderful experience and lots of fun learning to make pasta from scratch. Our instructor was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Loved how she helped us laugh at our mistakes 😅😂 I am not very good in the kitchen & easily get stressed with cooking, but she took all the stress away and made learning fun. I even left with confidence that I can do this at home now. 🙌🏽
We had so much fun with Paulo, who spoke Spanish, English, & Italian fluently. It was an intimate group and we made new friends. My teenage daughter was with us and there were 2 other teenagers in the class as well which made it great fun for her. The instructor was funny and very patient and helpful throughout the class. We had a great time!!
We MADE PASTA AND TIRAMISÙ!!!! Palo is a wonderful instructor with a great sense of humor. I found his instructions easy to understand and the end results were amazing. I don’t need a pasta machine I just need good old fashioned sweat and elbow grease to make this. The tiramisu is super easy and I can’t wait to try this at home.
Great instructor, fun, easy to follow along. When we finished preparing the meal we got to eat it. Delicious 😋
