Step 1 – Receive Your Ticket You will receive your official entry ticket via Viator chat or by email or Whatsapp no later than the day before your scheduled visit. Please do not use the Viator booking voucher (the one with the “Viator” logo), as it will not be valid for entry.

- Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
- Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
- Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Pantheon security.
- Dress Code Notice: Please note that the Pantheon is an active Catholic church (Basilica of St. Mary and the Martyrs). Modest clothing is recommended: shoulders and knees should be covered. While dress code checks are less strict than at St. Peter’s Basilica, entry may be refused during religious services or special events if attire is deemed inappropriate.
- Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed.
