Rome Pantheon Guided Audio Tour Escorted Entrance

ticket times were wrong and had to wait. while to get in. Next time i'll buy tickets direct, it'll be easier

We were met outside the Pantheon by a rep and given the audio headset. We then were led to a short line to immediately enter. The audio recording was well done and insightful. This was an easy way for us to visit the Pantheon on our own pace.

The crew was great. The pantheon itself was much less than I expected. Meet your contact before getting in line. The QR code you get from TripAdvisor will NOT get you in. Your contact will give you the actual ticket for entry. Beautiful structure with an amazing history, but it’s basically in overly commercialized Catholic Church with old architecture. Enjoyed it, but would not have been heartbroken if we had skipped it.

The Pantheon itself was wonderful, but the organization of the tour was not great. There was no one holding the sign mentioned in front of the Legumi store, so a large group of people were left standing around trying to figure out who would provide the tickets. Eventually a guide showed up, and everyone started asking if he was for their tour—he wasn’t for all of them. When it was my turn, I was simply told, “Yes, you’re on my tour. I’ll send you a WhatsApp message.” The tickets and audio guide were sent as links, but if you don’t already know that’s what to expect, it’s not very intuitive. Also, even with the tour (and it seemed the same for other groups), there was still a line to enter. Final tip: make sure you download the audio guide before arriving at the Pantheon. I only had one bar of signal and the download didn’t work well inside.

Very unorganized and frustrating check-in. One guy with a cell phone trying to check-in scores of people surrounding him. Total chaos. The only plus was that we avoided the huge lines and got into the Pantheon right away.

Great audio experience. Good organization. Anytime again! We were all very satisfied and excited!!!!

Viator did a great job--easy finding the contact person and getting tickets and audio tour. However the long lines made the whole experience less than ideal. Not Viator's fault of course!

It was easy to fine and The Pantheon was very impressive but there are a number of things to consider before using this service: •You NEED your own phone and headphones There is no point in using this service without because that’s what you need for audio. Even with data roaming on the quality wasn’t great and the support staffs answer was you have access to the audio for 7 days. Who is going to listen to that once they have left? The queues were awful and one of the guys at check in said the skip the line is a scam. Our tour guide did get us checked in immediately at the front of a line so I’m not sure how that works. If I could book again I would book with a ‘human tour guide’ as there is so much history there and would have liked to have fully appreciated it.

The audio in English was very clear and easy to understand. Using our own headphones made easier to listen to audio guide and to do so in a relaxed manner. We would definitely recommend this tour

This was supposed to be an escorted entrance to the Pantheon. We were told to meet the Tripuo rep. at the Pantheon at 10am. The weather was very bad with torrential rain. No rep. appeared and at 10am, I noticed they had sent a WhatsApp message with the tickets and an audio guide link which didn’t work. I had to ask them to resend the link. They told us to go through the Fast Track lane……which didn’t exist. They clearly couldn’t be bothered to stand outside in the rain —- but we had to!!

Visiting the Pantheon was a truly exciting experience. Entering such an ancient and perfectly preserved place leaves you speechless: the majesty of the dome, the famous oculus that lets in natural light and the harmony of proportions convey a unique sense of grandeur and spirituality. Every detail tells centuries of history and architectural ingenuity, making the visit not only fascinating but also deeply suggestive. A place that must be seen at least once in a lifetime, able to amaze both those who love history and those who simply seek beauty. Absolutely not to be missed

Amazing easy to find and quick entrance would do again! The man was friendly and had great English aswell

We paid €11.74 per person. Visit planned at 10 am but the "guide" (actually an intermediary) tells us to come back at 10:30 am. The audio guide is your smartphone (you are scanned for a link to an online audio guide). So we have to have headphones.

The guide NEVER came at 10:30 at spot to meet !!! We had to call customer service. Another guide for another tour helped us!! Bad business! Then we had only one audio for Pantheon and I had to buy audio at Pantheon. Don’t give me lame excuse!! Guide should have told us how both of us could have audio on phones!! I want money BACK!! Then tour at Colosseum was also bad! I wrote review and some incompetent person answered I sholhave chosen another language. I am am English teacher and have been for 30 years!! The guide at Colosseum spoke too fast and was more interested in spitting out information then really giving it in a normal speech rate! The tour was Mon Dec 22 at 10:30!!
