Don’t order tickets through Viator. They did not arrive and I’ve been directed to multiple emails to get a refund, with no success.
Tickets are overpriced. 19,50 € for one adult and one child. Directly at the Pantheon the entrance fee for an adult is 5€, children are free. In the afternoon there was not a long queue, so had saved us 15€. Disappointing! In addition, tickets would only be sent after renewed demand.
The Pantheon was amazing. The ticket pick-up was efficient, and our guide, Adrian, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great communication before, easy to meet for pickup, and super easy to find and get through skip the line. Sooo much better than the longer queue to buy tickets. Highly recommend!
Interesting tour although we did not receive the audio guide and didn’t get the express entrance for the coliseum and forum.
It took a bit to find the representative to collect the ticket. Entry was quick and easy. The site is spectacular, but I didn’t find the downloaded audio guide all that great. Took multiple tries to download ahead of visit and just wasn’t overly informative.
I had booked this tour from home in advance that all went fine and fast. We had to be at an agreed place fifteen minutes before the start. And so were we. But no guide in sight. It was very hot that day. After waiting there for almost fifteen minutes I went looking and saw someone sitting in the shade to whom I wanted to ask how or what. When I got to the person I saw that he had the flag of LovingRome with him. But not very visible. Very indifferently this young man said.... Well it was so hot I sat down in the shade. Who must have enjoyed watching the spectacle of us, busy looking around and suffering in the hot sun looking for the flag of LovingRome 🧐😅. Anyway, not really customer friendly. We might as well have joined the queue to buy a ticket (which is cheaper there). So not recommended in our case.
It was it bad experience. The tour person arrive 10 minutes latter, passing the entry time to The Parthenon. I will no recommend this tour company. Viator should be carefully promoting this company.
Self guided good value for the money. Wasn’t much of a skip the line though. Pantheon works fine for this type of self guided tour.
Glad we booked our voucher ahead of time. We were able to walk right in once we exchanged the voucher for our tickets. The only issue was finding the person to exchange the voucher. They need a bigger, more noticeable flag to stand out in the crowd. I only noticed her because I saw other people crowded around her.
