The VIP access did not happen. No locker room tour, just press rooms, a few famous pictures and soccer boots, then the stadium itself. It was covered for a concert so didn’t see the field. Nice place to visit but these tickets are extremely overpriced for a 30 min tour.
Finding the meeting spot was a bit challenging. Make sure you use the meeting spot information for your driver or walking directions. It was a huge complex and can take 15+ minutes to find the right entrance. While it was great to see the Roma/Lazio lockers rooms, pitch etc overall the tour was really rushed and the guide did not give any interesting facts or information on the team or facility. You cannot hear the guide even say where you are going next unless you are at the very front. It would have been helpful to know you weren’t going to actually see the pitch based on time of year in the description. Our tour was the week after the season wrapped up so it was mid construction with a stage being built overtop for summer concerts. A tad disappointing for our soccer loving kiddo
Climbing the tower is an experience, but looking out over all of Florence makes you forget your legs are burning. Glad we had the audio guide to get the history without being stuck in a slow-moving tour group. 10/10.
No one showed up. No one answered phones. No one responded to messages. The facilities were closed for 2 days.
It was a great break from visiting standard historic churches in Rome. The VIP locker room access was his absolute favorite part. The stadium is beautiful, and the staff at the museum were very helpful and welcoming.
The locker room access makes this tour special. If you're a football fan visiting Rome, skip the Colosseum lines for an afternoon and do this instead!
Well worth the money, so much history and detail about Roma, Lazio and Italy. Great information on other events too. The guide was very knowledgeable also and spoke many languages so very well done.
