We ended up being the only people in the class, so it was very hands on and took about two hours. Danilo was a fantastic and personable instructor who was great about answering all our questions. It was also some of the best tiramisu and pasta/ravioli we had in Rome! The recipe book also has even more recipes than we cooked, so all in all a great deal.
Dani’s pasta-making class was one of the highlights of our trip! I was amazed at how well the entire group was able to create homemade fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. Dani has a wonderful teaching style—his instructions were clear, easy to follow, and perfect for both beginners and more experienced cooks. As someone who loves to cook and has taken other pasta-making classes, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned. Dani shared several techniques and tips that I had never encountered before, and they truly made a difference in creating perfect pasta. His expertise, combined with his ability to explain each step in a simple and approachable way, made the experience enjoyable and educational. Whenever someone needed help, he was patient and attentive. He even helped me troubleshoot when my pasta dough wasn’t coming together quite right. By the end of the class, everyone felt confident and successful, regardless of their experience level. The best part was sitting down together to enjoy the delicious meal we had created. Not only did I learn new skills, but I also had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable experience!
This was such a fun thing to do with my family. The pasta turned out so good, and we laughed the while time. I would definitely recommend taking this class!
