Purtroppo, recandosi direttamente all'ingresso del monumento, avete mancato la guida e la partenza del tour.Gestiamo ogni prenotazione con la massima serietà e siamo dispiaceti che un malinteso abbia compromesso il vostro viaggio.
They canceled the activity an hour earlier and didn't refund me. I'm trying to reach viator and there's no one to solve me.
we are sorry for the disapointment
The guide was nice and fun but the entire "tour" consisted of standing at ONE point, pointing from afar and explaining some things. Apparently that's what is meant by "exterior tour". We didn't think this was worthwhile when for the same price you can actually visit the sites. No walking around, no visiting sites, just standing where you have a nice view and talking.
hello! thank you for the review, unfortunatly for 25 euro you get only a exterior tour of the colosseum as its written in the discription, and its clearly written in the discription whats included and whats not , a guided tour inside the colosseum is doubled the prize. only th entry ticket is 18 euro a person, we are sorry for the inconviences caused by the confusion of the tour discription. thank you
