We rented two e-bikes for a day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bikes were in great shape and worked well. They looked at our planned route on my phone and assured us it was very doable, even though we were new in Rome. The bike included a holder for my phone.
My boyfriend and I rented a wasp for three days, we had a great time! The super super friendly and helpful staff, really fantastic😄 They gave us a lot of info and also put at our disposal the excellent mobile phone holder for those who know little Rome and need to follow maps even on the scooter 🛵. If we return to Rome we will definitely rent a scooter from them again. Thank you so much 🙏 😄

Horrible service. Turned up at the agreed time at 9.am. Stuck around for 20 minutes. Service was closed. Shocking that they can refuse to refund when they don’t even provide the service. Disappointed and would not recommend. Save your money.
I'm sorry for this judgment and I remember perfectly what it is. I remind you that you arrived before opening time and we open exactly at 09.00 and you did not wait for us to open the shop. The bikes were ready for you and you never showed up, we received a phone call....Only request for refund!!!!
They were kind enough to help me choose a helmet that was just the right size. It came with a smartphone stand, so I was able to use Google Maps as my navigation system.

Rental very close to Termini station with a large selection of vehicles, from bikes, both muscular and electric, to motorbikes, including the iconic Vespas. The very kind owners allowed us to change the reservation and gave us two assisted bikes in perfect condition, along with some very useful tourist advice. Highly recommended!!

Amazing! I had the easiest time with my rental - great service and a quick set up too. Was able to cycle around the city and out to Pompey Magnus’s Tomb on the Via Appia with no problems. Would recommend if you’re looking for a great way to experience Rome!

We rented 7 e-Bikes to explore Rome. We had new bikes and they worked perfect! The owners are very Nice and they can speak english. Next time i would hire ebikes again!!

Today we experienced bigest roma adventure with rent bikes. We took two retro bikes, and one baby seat too. We went few streets far and chain at one bike was ripped. My husband walk half hour for a new bike while i was waiting with my 2yo girl alone in historical centre with nothing. Helpful personal offered my husband cold water and gave a new bike. We was really unlucky, because new chain was ripped on the way again. It was too much for us in that hot weather to push almost hour bicycles with small children through roma but personal was again really nice and helpfull for us and returned our money back. Now we have funny story to tell. We want thank you again for beeing really nice and for your human approach. S..t happend for us, but luck we met you in this situation. Thank you milion times.
