Loved visiting the Castel Sant'Angelo as a couple ❤️. The views from the top were beautiful and very romantic, especially overlooking the city. Walking through the castle and its history was really interesting
Dear moore m, Thanks for your feedback, we are glad you had a nice time and enjoyed your visit.
Booked the tickets day before. Got a message late to say the castle was closed for two days. This was a lie. The castle was open, as i was stood outside waiting to get in. Don’t book through Viator, you can tell its a third party who just takes your money, then trys to book. Use getyourguide and buy the ‘official ticket’. Alternatively, just queue up. Was only about 15 minutes.
Dear Marcus H, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please rest assured that a full refund has been processed. While we always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
