Don’t book! Our guide didn’t show up at the agreed time. While it’s ok to charge for guided tours, it turns out that the tour operator charges customers for tickets to the Galleria while there’s a free entrance day each 1st Sunday of the month. That’s borderline illegal and led to the staff at the Galleria to be utterly upset.
