We had an amazing wine tasting experience in Rome with Eros as our guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and made every wine and food pairing interesting and easy to understand. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with plenty of fascinating stories about Italian wine traditions. If you’re looking for an authentic and fun experience away from the usual tourist spots, this is a must-do!

What really made the experience special was the incredible knowledge of the team — you can tell they are truly passionate about Italian wine and food culture. Eros was amazing at explaining the pairings in a fun and engaging way without ever making it feel too formal. A perfect mix of gourmet experience and authentic Roman hospitality.

She made everything feel relaxed and authentic while teaching us so much about Italian wine and food pairings. The highlight for me was definitely the Asolo Superiore Prosecco — absolutely delicious, fresh and elegant, probably one of the best Proseccos I’ve ever had. Every wine and food pairing was carefully selected and tasted fantastic. Perfect experience after visiting the Vatican. Highly recommended if you want something genuinely Italian, relaxing and memorable!
