The tickets were not sent to us by email after payment, but we had to stand at a kiosk at a certain time to meet a totally overwhelmed employee from Bangladesh. The meeting place was hard to find. And why even such a meeting place? This is untrustworthy and has put us under a lot of stress.
Waste of time to reply If you do not understand With due respect, You are not a visitor, If it is so, you will understand. Visitors are visiting everyday taking their tickets and audio guide from us and also taking the instruction how to visit spontaneously, And where the entrance quickly . However, If you do can't visit then you could write one star. But you visited all and only you did not get the tickets from the email you are getting one star. Come out from the backdated notion and thinking. Nex time when you book you will from the email and will find everywhere and after that will not get inside. Thank you.
When I booked I thought I was getting a guided Tour , but all I got was Tickets when I met the guide , which turned out to be more expensive than if I had bought them at the Ticket office ,
I purchased a voucher for 2 tickets to visit the Forum. The website did not make it clear that one was purchasing a voucher, not a ticket, and the voucher must be redeemed at a particular time/place to get the tickets. We arrived at the appointed time/place, found the agency rep standing with a card. He told us that ‘the ticket server was down’, and offered to get tickets for the following day. We were to return to US the next day, so that was not an option. He offered to refund our money, and to his credit I received an email that evening saying a refund was being processed.
The staff member of TravelR was 10 minutes late to the meeting point to give us our tickets and he was unresponsive to WhatsApp messages and calls at the scheduled time of our meetup (because he was riding the Metro). It was very stressful looking for him in the outside of the busy Colosseum Metro stop and he wasn't there or answering his phone. We were on a tight timeline and his lateness was frustrating.
A terrible experience. Terrible instructions about how to find the vendor. Terrible to have to wait so long once we did find him. Terrible lines.
Good evening, With due respect , You are greenwood about the online booking . Everything is written in the voucher , where to meet and when. Even there's a phone number and you can send email as well. You should have contacted us , When you visit outside of the country you should follow al least the google map to find anything. You are talking about the line.... usually we show how you how to get inside faster and easiest way. you have to flow the instruction . very often you may get security check line for a couple of moment. The security check line may be 5 to 10 minutes, some times it would be 10 to 15 minutes . Thank you.
You could literally spend all day exploring the ruins! Its an amazing place full of history and artifacts. Take a water bottle with you and wear comfortable shoes. Go as early as possible as the lines (even fast track) get so busy!
Good pick if you want to walk around on your own while getting good information from the audio guide. The super pass is a must!
Amazing. Raju was very kind to help me with the tickets, guided me to the entrance. Gave me a great explanation and set up the audio tour. Very kind.
Very helpful professional and friendly. Travel hours extremely helpful and finding the location and giving me directions on what to expect next.
While the Forum is an amazing part of Rome’s history I would opt to do a guided tour next time instead of a self guided tour. This one came with an audio version that was out of order. We had no idea where to start and didn’t realize at first that we were listening to one thing while looking at another a simple map would have helped.
