DO NOT BOOK this tour we booked to go at 12.30 yesterday( 29th December)and when we arrived at the meeting point to collect our tickets - there was none available.I had contacted the tour operator through the message system as the phone number is ‘ no longer in service’ We had to buy additional tickets directly with boat operators- suggest you don’t go through third party - I have requested a refund and am still waiting a response to all my messages completely messed up our Day and was very disappointed after paying full fee to having to buy additional tickets- SCAM
We took advantage of the day of visiting the Eiffel Tower to take the boat ride in the Seine, a very beautiful tour with beautiful landscapes
My husband and I arrived at the meeting point at the designated time, and no one else was there. We waited a half hour and tried without success to reach the tour operator. The tour operator never responded to my message and Viator had to resolve the issue for us. This tour and tour operator really should be dropped from Viator.
Nobody showed up at the meeting place .we were there 35 minutes before start time. So they took my money for Nothing
A wonderful comfortable experience seeing Paris from the river view. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor with a very detailed knowledgeable guide.
