This tour we did with Rachid and it has been great luck. He has perfectly adapted to all our needs, has not looked at the clock at any time, and has spent all day with us. Very good experience. We were with my husband, we were picked up directly at the hotel then we took a tour of Fes (zelige cooperative, tannery etc...) then we ended with a walking tour through the streets of the medina. Interesting information - staff attentive to small care. I recommend

Our guide Adil attended us wonderfully. Local of the medina, is very popular with people. He went for us to our Riyadh and waited for us for a while because we were not ready in time. He defended us against a salesman who was rude (he didn’t take us to him, it was a stop of ours). It takes you to dual-purpose stores where the managers show you their products so you can learn about them and also sell you, just be careful not to give them overpriced, it is not mandatory to buy. I'd go back on a tour with him. Recommended.

I heard that Fez is a labyrinth city and it is difficult to walk without a guide, so I asked for a guide. I was hoping to be a Japanese guide, but I was informed that I would be an English guide. I was worried, but my guide, Rachid dahhak, was a very nice person. They explained slowly and carefully in easy-to-understand English and used Google Translate where I couldn't hear, so I had no trouble and was able to receive explanations smoothly. Above all, I was very impressed by the kind, generous and honest personality of our guide, Mr Rashid. It was the best Fez Maze city tour and I am grateful to my guide Rashid

Rachid is an excellent guide. Knowledgeable about history of Morocco and the Medina. He knows the Medina by heart. Took us to several really nice stores. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and friendly guide, Mohammed, allowed us to go at our own pace. Easy to get lost, in the medina so being guided is good.

I expected more information and it would have been nice to have enough time for photos in between. In the end, a lovelessly unwound program with unnecessary visits to shops.

It was a wonderful experience our walk through the Medina of Fez, curated by this excellent guide Mr. Rachid, who led us to places of relevance providing us with a lot of information about the culture, habits and routine of the residents of the city.

We booked a last minute walking tour of Fez yesterday. It was such a good experience that we booked services again today and for airport transfers tomorrow. Our guide was excellent - knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We will be recommending to friends and family for future trips.

It wasn’t quite what we expected. There was too much merchandising. Trying to get us to buy things, which wasn’t our purpose. We just wanted to get oriented. He also was on his phone part of the time. He did give us good information, although we had heard some of it on other tours. The promo said that there would be water available, but he didn’t have water except for himself.

Absolutely wonderful. Should not have been allowed to schedule so late in the day though. Several places were closed by the time the tour started. That was a little disappointing, but our guide was fantastic.

He guided us smoothly, which was very helpful! The walk was a bit early, but I enjoyed it because he explained it in detail.

We enjoyed our private walking tour with Yahya. He promptly picked us up at our Riad and our adventure began. As he grew up in the Medina he is well versed in all aspects. You will learn a lot in this immersive experience.

We had an amazing tour with Abdul in Fes. Being born and raised in the sold Town he is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of his city. He did a great job explaining the different types of craftsmanship in Fes and how it plays an important part in their lives. The tour was very organic and it had a nice flow to it. To us it felt like a friend was showing us around his city. We highly recommended this tour!!!

We really had great time. Our guide RASHID was perfect. He came on time, showed us everything, also wanted to extend the excursion , but unfortunately we didn't have more time. He took us to the most beautiful cultural places, then we visited some most important craft stores, since FEZ is most known for its crafts. Amazing tour. The Fes Medina is very overwhelming and a guide is required to get around. We really got a lot of steps in and saw amazing things. Our guide was really knowledgeable. There are a few sales stops along the way but they are not pushy.
