Marrakesh, as one of the Moroccan Imperial Cites, gathers a very crucial part in the History of Morocco. Together, we will go for a walking tour in the Old Medina Of Marrakech, discovering part this lovely city; its History, Culture, famous Monuments, Gardens, Local Life-Style, Souks, etc.. Our walking tour will start from the WHITE PAVILION next to the famous "KOUTOUBIA MOSQUE" of Marrakech, to go to a popular square on the Mellah / Jewish quarter (one of the old quarters in Marrakech). Next to this, we will entre and visit a beautiful monument in the Medina of Marrakech, it's the "Bahia Palace". Then, we go lost in the maze-like streets of the Souks learning about this wonderful handicraft from the local artisans with a stop for some Moroccan Tea. This, will take us to the well-known Square of Djamaa El-Fna, where our tour will come to its end. This tour in this gorgeous city contains plenty of exciting surprises that shouldn't be missed.

In front of the white dome near by the Koutoubia Mosque that a famous land mark. We'll meet each other introduce each other. We will, also, take time to talk about this very old monument as well as the different religions in Morocco.

in this tour, we are going to pass by the Mellah Quarter and it will an occasion to talk about this old quarter of Jewish people and the co-habitation between the different people and cultures in Morocco ... etc.
"The Bahia Palace" is one of the Must-See monuments in Marrakech that, really, deserves this visit. It was a royal palace-like that is beautifully decorated from inside, representing part of the Moorish Architecture and Decoration, as well as, it has witnessed a part of the Moroccan history...etc.
After our visit to the Bahia Palace we will cross the busy Street of Riad Zitoun Jdid to get lost in the Souks .
Before we end up at Jemaa El-Fnaa Square, we will walk to the Old Souks of Marrakech and get lost in its maze-like streets and alleys enjoying its stunning colors and arts.
Our tour will come to its end at Jemaa El-Fna square, where hundreds of locals meet every day to enjoy the storytellers, musicians, snake charmers, acrobats, jugglers and so on and so forth.

Our guide was not very informative. We would have preferred more stories and history. Some personal stories about his life in Marrakesh would have been welcomed.
We took a Tour with Mohamed on our 3rd day in Marrakech and it was fantastic! He met us at our Riad and catered our day to visit the places we hadn't seen after a couple days exploring previously. We loved our time with him and we learned tons about Marrakech and Morocco. We highly endorse Mohamed and this Tour...time well spent and so many beautiful and colorful things to see!
We had an excellent experience in all. Mohammed our tour guide was super accommodating to all our requests, kind and kept the whole experience interesting and engaging. First of all, he changed the whole itinerary to match our preferences. Secondly, he was well informed an all aspects regarding the city and the country (politically, socially, culturally etc.). Took us family pictures in all important sightseeing locations. Guided us properly within Medina. Finally, the tour was prolonged by more than 1 hour due to traveling required within the city - no complaints, no extra charges. We enjoyed a great tour of Marrakesh with our guide Mohammed. We did this on our first day and not only did he show us the sights, but also walked us around the souks and showed us areas not to miss. It really helped us get an appreciation of the layout of the city. Mohammed also had great knowledge of the history of Morocco and he explained everything at a nice level of detail, not so much info that we were overloaded, but enough to keep you interested. I would highly recommend Mohammed and this tour. Do it on your first day!
The tour was excellent. Because it was private it was tailored to our interests. We started with some history then went through very old parts of the old city and saw craftsmen at work. We particularly enjoyed hearing about Moroccan life. We highly recommend this tour. It was very informative and interesting.
