Pickup Locations & Times
Reliable, elegant and punctual service. Our driver will pick you up at the address provided in Rome, apartment or hotel. He/she will arrive 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled time and following the fastest route will take you to another address that you have provided in the city of Rome (the service offered takes place within the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome). Please contact us at least 12 hours before the service to communicate the exact time of your pick up and the starting and destination address. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.

Ricardo was spot on! We used his company for 3 transfers, Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Cruise ship, and Cruise ship back to Airport. He was always super professional, we never had to wait for him, he was always there waiting for us to arrive, and his vehicle was always spotless. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. In communications prior to arrival, he always got back to us within a very short time frame. He is a man of few words, especially when he is driving and concentrating on safety on the road. Laziali station is one end of the railway. Tap your contactless card on the gantry (look for the wi-fi fan-shaped logo) and push the rotating gate to enter into the railway platform. At Alessia station, you can make payment via contactless card by tapping on the tap & go device in the train itself. Look for the wi-fi (fan shaped logo) on the device usually found near the door of the train. The device will change colour to indicate a successful contact. There is another device for cardholders with a multi-trip ticket which they need to insert into the device to validate the ticket.
