The pickup experience was very poor. The WhatsApp message instructed me to go to an “M55 meeting point,” but there was no such meeting point at the airport. I tried calling the official WhatsApp number provided by the company multiple times after leaving the airport, and nobody answered. When the driver first met me, he did not even want to help with the luggage until I specifically told him to put it in the vehicle. After that, he seemed visibly upset. During the drop-off, he would not communicate with me at all. The driving also felt extremely unsafe. Near the airport, the driver was driving close to 140 km/h, which made the trip very uncomfortable and concerning. I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially women traveling alone, as I did not feel safe with this so-called company.
