We used Rome Chauffeur for FCO to Rome hotel, then Rome hotel to Civitavecchia Cruise port, and finally the cruise port back to FCO airport. All 3 drivers were early to arrive, helpful in loading luggage and offering air conditioning, and safe and efficient drivers. Two of the three communicated via What's App texting prior to arrival, and all carried signs with our name for quick identification. The booking directly with Rome Chauffeur was efficient and thorough. The vans were clean and roomy as well.

We decided to book a van to take us to the port at Citivecchia—best decision ever (especially as the trains went on strike, stranding a lot of cruise passengers)! The van was roomy, which we needed for a fair amount of luggage. The driver was friendly, helpful, and a very good driver. Overall, an excellent drive.

This was the fourth time I used Rome Chauffeur and once again it was flawless. Our driver showed up early to our air b-n-b in a very large, very clean van. He did not rush us, and actually collected our baggage and held them while we took care of a few things before our scheduled departure time. He then got us to the port early while giving us a little tour and history lesson of Rome. He drove us right into the port and to the front of the cruise terminal check-in with no problems, not everyone can drive into the port. There was no long walk to deal with which can happen at Civitavecchia. I could not recommend Rome Chauffeur more. My only tip is to book as soon as you know you need the transfer. Our friend's waited until the last minute and could not get a car with them because they were fully booked.
