Our flight was delayed and waiting for passport control took 1.5 hours. I emailed operator and ask to make sure driver doesn’t leave. I really appreciate him waiting for us that long

Our flight to Rome was delayed due to weather, We contacted the carrier but they didn’t wait for us and then marked us as a no-show even though they had all our flight information and responded to my text message about the delay. Not only were we out $370 for the limo service but we had to pay $400 cash at the airport for alternate transportation.
Thanks for the review, but we'd like to clarify something. Due to bad weather, your flight was diverted to another airport, Rimini (500 km away from Rome). It's not our fault if this happened. We certainly couldn't have picked you up at the new airport. I don't think your review is fair.
Driver was most courteous and car was comfortable. Would highly recommend his service again. He was on time and very personable.

Driver (Francesco) … made a huge effort to contact me as soon as the plane landed there WhatsApp … introduced himself, sent a picture of himself and also sent a picture of the area he was were he was waiting … made easy for me after an 8 hour flight.

We booked transportation for 25 people from our Hotel Crowne Plaza in Rome, to the Civitavecchia cruise port. We asked the company can they accommodate 25 people with 1 large suit case and 1 small check in for each person and they said yes. He, Filippo, confirmed each van could hold 8 persons and with 2 pieces of luggage for each person, 16 pieces per van. The vans that picked us up were not able to fit everyone and our luggage as agreed. Two people from the group had to take a taxi because they was no more room left. Although this ride was booked 2 months in advance, one driver left with his van half of people and half full of luggage, and left to head to the port because this driver had anotherbooking, so we are now left with 3 vans unable to accommodate our group. The original pick up time agreed upon was 9am, however Filippo changed the time to 8:30. My group came down at 8:15 and this is where the chaos began. One of the drivers was texting on the phone during the entire drive and when we asked if she can stop she got an attitude. When we arrived to the port the reckless driver threw the luggage out of the van and broke the wheel. She picked up the wheel tried to fix it and when she couldn't she just gave it to us and didn't say anything. When we told Filippo he pit a thumbs up in the what's app chat. Hi there mrs Deshauna Appleton. As you can see our company has lots of good riview about our service. I just want to remind you that for 25 people i arranged 4 vans, that means 32 seats. You had lot of luggage and every piece of them could fit in the vans. There were enough seats for the people. Three people didn t like a face to fave van and that was the reason why you had to call a taxi ( paid by me) . Taxi asked you 150€, and i gave you back 200€ ( 50 € more than the taxi fare). All you arrived safely to the cruise port. I also refund you the total amount of the rides back from the port. What do you want more? According to the driver the luggage wheel was already broker. I am sure you will find a better service. Best regards
