We landed at 2:10 am, and our driver was at the airport exit (after baggage claim) and brought the van to our spot, loaded the luggage, and brought us to our hotel within 20 minutes. He was very professional and nice to talk with. An overall good experience.

there are services that will meet you inside. some will even help you get your visa if you need. if you don't need this and don't mind a sightseeing van picking you up, its great. driver was polite and accommodating.
Excellent service! Omar was waiting for me and my 12 year old son when we arrived at Cairo Airport. He was waiting right outside the arrivals terminal with a sign. He drove us safely to our hotel (Mena House) and I highly recommend that you use this service! Word of advice: you can easily and quickly get your visa when you land at Cairo Airport. There is a bank window where you can get it quickly, no questions asked. You give them $25 per person and they give you the visa sticker to give to the customs agent with your passport. Amazing service and much much more. Not only was our guide waiting with a sign for us at the top of the ramp from the plane but he steered us past the long customs lines and processed our passports and visas in a nearby facility. Then out to a spacious van where our driver Omar quickly navigated the chaotic traffic to our hotel 40kms away. We were really impressed.
The driver met me at the airport with no problems at all and navigated the busy roads to Cairo all the while answering my questions about what we were passing by. The roads were very crowded but the driver with great skill got me safe and sound to my hotel
