Private tour Giza pyramids and Sphinx

It was good experience the reponsible. Called me to let me know what is available But the first question if i have forgien passport not egyptian and he was shocked that i dont have because according to him egyptian authorities will not allow his cars to enter if we are egyptian !!!!! So first Viator should make that statement clear when booking As i paid the same amount and i should have the same cars as everyone Second the tourguide Mr khaled was very nice he picked us with his car and was so cooperative and kids loved him First we should have detalied program about the tour We should have booklet with information about the places we will visit And also it will be better if we had all options of tickets of pyramids entry Overall experience was nice But i will not repeat it

This was my 4th visit to the Giza Pyramids and my best ever. Ehab, our guide, was very knowledgeable and smoothed the way through the vendors and security with grace and ease. He also took some beautiful pictures that we will always treasure. Between him and Ahmed, the driver, we had the most enjoyable time and I can recommend them without any hesitation. Just book them, you won't regret it.

The experience was nearly a disaster due to bad communication with whoever talks to the customers. We had to try to change the pick up time in one hour - willing to sacrifice this hour from the tour of course -, but there was no answer, so guide and driver didn’t have a clue of reasons for delay. In the end, they were very understanding and saved the day for us, considering we were travelling with a 2 years old toddler. Egyptologist guide was quite knowledgeable and took us to the Papyrus shop and Essence shop, both not included in the itinerary but we actually enjoyed. I was ready to leave a very sad review initially, but the experience itself with guide and driver exceeded our expectations. If I would book again with this company? Maybe, but I would make sure to have some proper contact number before. For who is responsible for the communication, it needs a lot of improvement and better customer service skills.

Wonderful day. I took it at the last minute to book and I was lucky enough to be able to do the visit with Thérèsa. Excellent explanations of the pyramids and the ancient history of Egypt. thank you to Mohamed our driver, very patient, who waits for us between each visit.

Guys, book with them!! Service of such quality is rare to find, especially at such price. Everything was professional and smooth: they picked us up in time, car was comfortable, the driver (Ahmed) accurate. Before this tour, we had mostly bad experience with local service (hotel and taxi), and we were somewhat tense when first got in the car, but Ehab (our guide) told us right away that we are totally cared for, anything we want, just need to ask, they will make it happen and we are here to enjoy. It was such a nice feeling for change! All the time we felt so welcomed, he keep his eyes on us at all times, making sure to keep annoying traders at bay and explaining history facts on the way. As much as we are into self-organized trips, but a car+guide tour in Giza is a must. Saves a lot of energy and time. Giza is huge, overcrowded with tourists and swamped with annoying traders. We were super happy we chose to book the tour! We ended up booking Islamic/Koptic tour with them too. Totally recommend!! Theresa & Anas was amazing. They were very informative and explained to me the historical context of the pyramids and Egypt’s deep history. Theresa went above and beyond by making sure I saw everything even though it was past closing time. I would recommend everyone request Theresa as their guide.
