This trip was the highlight of my stay in UAE. I had not heard of Al Ain before my trip but this was magical. I loved the museums and history. Also the guide was very nice and friendly! I loved his honesty and level of knowledge. Highly recommend.
Excellent tour lots of history. Less tourists than in Dubai. Shah was a great guide / driver well worth the time and money. The camel track was more interesting than I expected. Good timing as there were training for upcoming races
Wonderful experience, visited main places in Al Ain and kind tour guide Azeez even brought us to the main oasis by our request to have a ride around it. Worth the day trip!
Al Ain is full of wonderful things to see and we appreciated the driver. However this was priced as a guided tour which it was not.
Our tour guide ShadZahan (not sure of the spelling), gave us a really special all day tour from Dubai to and at Al Ain UAE. We loved his stops like the Camel racetrack, camel market, sand dunes, hot water and mountain tops. He is very nice and very knowledgeable.
We stayed in Dubai 6 days and we had visited most of the icon places so we picked this tour. Al Ain is an old city for local people which is completely different from Dubai. There are some old and traditional buildings. The camel market is interesting and we have not seen that many of camels before. The hot spring is simple but unexpected. The oasis is actually just a palm tree farm which is a bit disappointed. The guide was good and tried to offer us whatever he might think we would be interested.
Our tour to Al Ain was interesting and worthwhile if you have the time during a your visit to the UAE. WE traveled 1.5 hours from Dubai to Al Ain and saw most of the sites as advertised. Only exception was the Al Ain National Museum which was closed for renovations which was a disappointment. We enjoyed the camel racetrack, markets, Presidential Palace Museum, and Al Ain oasis. Our visit to Jebel Hafeet Mt. would have been better, but fog limited our view. Our guide provided good information on the sites. Unfortunately the microphone in our van was not working properly and at times it was difficult to hear his narrative. The excursion was a good opportunity to get out of the bustling city of Dubai, see some other scenery, and visit a smaller city.
Shajahan arrived at my hotel to pick me up for a long journey to Al Ain City. He is knowledgeable providing me with many interesting information about the places we were at as we drove towards Al Ain City. Stopping by to buy camel milk was something unique. The attractions visited gave me a good sense of the desert city of Al Ain, particularly interesting was the Camel Racing Track and the Al Ain Oasis. I would highly recommend Shajahan to anyone looking for a memorable tour in and around Dubai. Many thanks to Shajahan for being an excellent guide!
Everyone said not to go to Al Ain; waste of time. What a mistake. Historical city at the border with Aman. It is were the Abu Dhabi Emirates started and the home of the Father of the Country. His home, the fort, the city itself is worth visiting
