I booked with this company as they offered a start point of Tokyo station which was much nearer to where we were staying than other companies quoted. I expected the trip to start here. The guide messaged me at 10:30 the night before when I was sleeping after a long flight and asked if we could meet at another station that would take us 47 mins to reach rather than the 7 mins to Tokyo station. I replied the next morning to say I would prefer to keep original meeting point. Our meeting time was supposed to be 10:30 but guide finally turned up at 11:20 at a meeting point I had to arrange… He route marched us to another station to catch a train with him to the station he had suggested to us the night before where he started the tour . We didn’t start the tour proper until about 12. It was supposed to be a 6 hour tour but he left us at 20 past 4 to head home in a different direction and we headed back to our hotel ourselves. We were not told to buy a train day pass until we met the guide so wasted money on a return ticket from Shiomi to Tokyo. The guide offered good info at the places we visited but overall we didn’t feel we got good value for what we had paid
The guide was very good comminicator and helpful navigating and getting us around when we were unfamiliar with the area but not very informative or helpful in terms of suggestions or sharing information about the places we were going to
Farshi was on time and extremely knowledgeable of every place he took us. Every place we wanted to go outside the tour he gave us information on. He was the perfect guide!
The guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took us to both popular landmarks and hidden local spots we would have never found on our own. The explanations were clear and interesting, and the pace of the tour was comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!
Farhad was an excellent guide! He was warm, professional, and shared so many interesting stories about Tokyo’s culture and history. He took us to beautiful spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. The tour felt relaxed, fun, and very personal. I would definitely book with Farhad again!
Our tour with the guide was fantastic from start to finish. He knew the best places to go and shared great insights along the way. He was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We felt like we were exploring Tokyo with a friend. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing tour with Farhad. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything very easy to understand. He customized the tour to our interests and showed us both famous spots and hidden local places. His English is excellent and we felt very comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend Farhad for anyone visiting Tokyo!
Farhad was excellent. He communicated well prior to our event effectively setting expectations relative to our meeting time and places to be visited. We visited several sightseeing spots during our tour ie temples, shrines, Shibuya Crossing, Tokyo Skytree, Imperial Palace. This was a walking tour with transportation by train. Farhad knew the historical background of the places we visited and he effectively explained aspects of the history. His proficiency in English was excellent.
The tour was good. Our guide Hikari was very responsive before the tour and hotel pickup. Her English was great and we saw all the sites we were scheduled to see
I had a fantastic time exploring Tokyo on this walking tour! The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared so many interesting facts and hidden spots I would’ve missed on my own. It was the perfect mix of culture, history, and fun. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!
