Great tour for street art fans.

Excellent guide took us to great locations, was very attentive to my walking with a cane. Really enjoyable experience. I was extremely satisfied with this tour. Best I saw work from an artist I know personally.

Great experience to explore a different side of Paris.

Sanny was a great tour guide! We had great conversation about art and the city. He was kind and easy to talk to. I recommend this tour if you’re a fan of art. The only thing is that I wish I took it earlier in my trip because after this tour I started to notice all the hidden pieces of art throughout the entire city! I ended up with at least 100 pictures of random art throughout the city. Thanks Sanny!

A guided walk around a neighborhood, no expertise

We were very disappointed about this tour. The guide showed us around a neighborhood with street art, which had so much potential for a great tour. However, she had no knowledge of any of the art, artists, their message, etc. She kept pointing out art saying "this is nice/pretty..." but when asked about the art/artists, she didn't know anything about them. After 2 hours, she brought us to a different area, that took 20 minutes by metro and another 20 min walk to see just one bridge with street art. Again, she had done no research or had no knowledge about the art. We felt it was a waste of our time and money.

Operator response

Hello Tim, We're sorry you did not enjoy your tour. The guide did her best following the route and the plan for the tour. It takes some time to get form one place to another, because street art in Paris is stretched between different neighborhoods. Your guide was doing her best to make it a positive experience for you. We're sorry you didn't feel it this way. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you.

Better than going to museums to see old paintings and fighting the overwhelming tourist lines

Claire was amazing! She brought a binder with artist information, key highlights of different styles and different mediums etc. The street art is constantly changing so it is important to have a guide that knows the styles of each artist. I specifically wanted to see women artists and Claire knew exactly where to go! You could tell how much she enjoys the art herself which made the tour even more personal.

Average TOur of Street Art= Look elesewhere

We had our tour on August 31 Clare. Although, she was very pleasant and friendly, the tour was below average. Given we spent $275 for the personal guide, we did not get our money worth. She had some good information to share at times, but her presentation was boring. Just gave information and little storytelling. Didn't engage the two of us. I could have red about most of the information myself and found most art myself. Paying $275 for this tour was really insulting and extremely disappointed. I should request a credit back for part of the fee paid. NOT WORTH IT and will reconsider going with this company that doesn't assess their guides.

Operator response

Dear Marlyn, We are sorry to hear you didn't quite enjoy the presentation of your guide. We gave you an experienced guide and she prepared a wonderful street art tour for you to Butte-aux-Cailles in the south of Paris because it was closer to your hotel and much more convenient, but you preferred to go to Montmartre instead. The weather was rainy and it was overcrowded in Montmartre that day. We believe, this could have affected your impression of the tour too. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you.

such a wonderful tour! The tour guide. (Clara) was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about the art.... including hidden context on the artists. I live in Paris and this was such a great way to get 'off the beaten path!'
