Surprising image of Tokyo, local and sympathetic guide. Heard a lot about background of saké and brewing or drinking it.
I love drinking sake, so it was wonderful to learn about its history and the process of making it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although I was on this trip alone, I didn't feel excluded. The actual tasting was fun, and I ended up buying two bottles.
We had a fantastic time visiting the saké brewery! The experience was both educational and enjoyable, thanks to our knowledgeable and friendly guide, who made everything easy to understand. Learning about the brewing process was truly fascinating, and the tasting session was a highlight—we could really appreciate the differences between each saké. The setting by the river, surrounded by nature, added a unique and serene touch to the experience. A great experience for anyone looking to discover authentic Japanese saké in an unexpected corner of Tokyo!
Wasabi was awesome guide, very caring and a great sense of humour. Lots of information about the history and making of sake. The tastings and good was wonderful. Highly recommended.
