Bad experience

The company never picked me up from the airport. They knew they couldn't pick me up because of a driver shortage, but never informed me. Would never recommend.

Dear, First of all, thank you for your feedback, but I have given you information about the subject. Due to adverse weather conditions, all flights were canceled on Saturday, June 15 and it was a very, very difficult night for us (There were approximately 2 hours of delayed on your flight anyway). Unfortunately, my team and I missed your call at 01:00 due to the busy schedule we were experiencing, and the reason for this was the stress and intensity we were experiencing due to canceled flights. As I said before, you are absolutely right about this and that is why the refund was given to you.

Great option vs taxi.

Recommended. Driver was on time for hotel pick up to the airport. Van was comfortable for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver was friendly. Much better than trying to rely on a taxi.

Horrible company - do not use!

Well, for starters the company should be at the very least providing me with directions on where to go, what to find the driver , etc., and not the other way around. A good idea would be to perhaps be on-time; definitely should not take more than an hour to depart from the airport. After we went through the customs and passport control we exited the above area expecting The driver to stay there with our names, waiting for us, especially since the flight wasn’t delayed at all. OK, there was nobody waiting for us there. They’ll attempt to give you a lame excuse, saying they’re not allowed to the terminal, which is a complete BS - there were other drivers waiting there for their passengers. Tried to contact the company via Viator/Tripadvisor chat. While waiting for their reply, we took the initiative in our hands, talked to the police at the airport and were told that sometimes drivers wait by the Exit #13. We went there. At the Exit #13 there’s an Armageddon of transporters. I’d say close to 500 competing companies. Good luck trying to find yours! Oh, finally they answered. They answered only after we found their phone number on Viator. But guess what, after we called them they told us that it’s too expensive to talk on the phone and we should call them via What’sUp. What????? Finally they sent us a picture of their company’s logo and told us we should find it on the wall by Exit#13 and that if we stay there a representative of their company will find us. Keep in mind, this was all done when we were desperately looking for them, not well in advance. With the help of another police officer we found a logo of the company and after 5-10 minutes of waiting their rep showed up. He told us to wait as he doesn’t have enough cars, and that he’s going to come to pick us up as soon as the one becomes available. I messaged the company and said that this is completely unacceptable, that we were waiting for a private pick up for well over an hour now. They replied telling me that I should relax and that “it’s normal.” No, it’s not normal!!! We are not “high maintenance” people and will always give someone a slack, but this was an outrage! BTW, if you think you are going to be picked up in a new Mercedes van - you’d be wrong. We were picked up in a 30+ year old van with ripped sits. I recommend going with another company and avoid this one at all costs.

I'm sorry, but I laughed at the complaint that you wrote... You have entered a reservation in the Viator system, but you have not informed us when you will be arriving, which hotel you will go to. How do we know when you will come? Despite all this incomplete information, in order to assist you, we found a vehicle at the last minute and allowed you to leave the airport. If you had given us the information beforehand, we could have given you very good service (I have a mobile phone in the system, you could call and ask what is needed). Please !!! When you complain, first realize the mistake you made. The wrong interpretation you wrote will cause us to get less work and many people to be unemployed. I will forward your name to all the institutions I am affiliated with. Because you can make the same complaints to us today and to someone else tomorrow.

Exceptionally excellent

Million stars 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 experience. I've never had such a great experience as I had this time traveling with this company. We faced hurdles after hurdles with our trip. But each time we contacted the boss he helped. He did what no other company would do. Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate us. You provided us with the best. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for everything. We will always remember this trip for your proficient attitude, kindness and how you made our trip memorable. Istanbul to Airport

The communication was great with Omar. He received my messages and told me the times his driver would come to pick me up. Driver came on time. Smooth drive to airport. Fabulous!

TERRIBLE SERVICE

The driver didn’t show up at all! We waited for an hour and tried calling and no one answered. When the owner finally answered, he said the driver couldn’t make it. So disappointed cause we planned it and messaged them weeks before.

Kept me waiting for over an hour

Terrible experience. Received a call at the airport welcoming me and telling me where to go which was great but when I arrived I waited, and waited, and continue to wait. I kept being told to wait there as someone was coming but they never did. Only after 1 hour and 15 minutes did someone arrive. I was offered a free return trip as compensation but when I tried to organise this the communication stopped and only messaged me again an hour after I was supposed to depart.

No Show!

No Show! The driver never showed up even though I confirmed via WhatsAPP. We ended up hiring 2 taxis since we were 4 and had several luggages.

However, I want you to know that the driver got sick and was taken to the hospital on his way to pick you up. Since I was in a very stressful situation, I saw the message you wrote on w'up late and I gave you a very meaningless and wrong answer (I realized after checking it again). Please accept my apologies and note that the transfer service will be provided to you free of charge when you come to our country 1 more time.

Transfer from IST to downtown was reliable and speedy.

Excellent service in nice clean vehicle with water bottles included. Driver was on time. He didn’t talk much because his English was limited. But a very nice guy.
