This was a great private excursion for our port day. The driver was very accommodating and friendly. We extended our time for an hourly rate that was paid to the driver. It was nice have our own private transfer and we got to see and do su much while in port.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your private excursion during your port day. It’s great that you were able to make the most of your time and extend the tour to see even more — that flexibility is exactly what we aim to offer with our private services. It was a pleasure being part of your visit, and we truly appreciate you choosing us for your time in port. We hope to welcome you again on a future cruise stop in the Netherlands! 🚐✨
Extremely expensive for what you got. The driver was in rush . Not even 4 hours . Please look for something else . Wrong tour
Thank you for your booking. Although you reserved a standard sedan just the evening before, we provided a complimentary upgrade to a spacious minivan at no extra charge. On the day of the service, our driver waited patiently outside for over 40 minutes while trying to reach you by phone—without any response. Your tour was supposed to end in Amsterdam, but you decided to take the maximum time at Zaanse Schans instead before going to Keukenhof. Despite exceeding the agreed time and distance by finishing in Keukenhof (well beyond Amsterdam), we did not charge any additional fees. We always try to offer flexibility and kindness, even when our efforts go far beyond what’s expected. However, sometimes it feels that no matter how accommodating we are, some guests are ready to leave a poor review unless we let them walk all over us. If that’s the case here too, we will respect your choice.
A great experience to visit Amsterdam! We',ve arrived from Brazil and we had 9 hours till our next trip to Greece. So we've decided to visit Amsterdam with a private driver for a 4 hours drive .Faruk was very friendly, accurate, and gentle. He picked us up on time, he showed all the places we asked for , plus some other points of interest. It was very kind of him that even when our trip took a bit longer, he didn't charge any extra fee. We recommend Faruk!
Thank you for your kind words! It was a pleasure showing you around Amsterdam during your layover. I'm glad you enjoyed the sights, the romantic coffee spot, and the visit to the Red Light District and Anne Frank House. It was great to capture that special photo at the Leurope Hotel with the canals in the background! I always strive to provide the best experience, and I'm happy you appreciated the flexibility. Safe travels to Greece, and I hope to welcome you again in the future!
We had a wonderful experience with Faruk! He was prompt and made for great conversation on our drive to Nemo Museum followed by The Anne Frank House. We were on a quest to find donuts in each of the countries we were visiting, while in the Nemo Museum, he researched different places. We tried a few, one that s didn’t have donuts, but croissants, another that was closed, finally we found one. Then he got us to The Anne Frank House, telling us all about his experiences in Amsterdam.
Thank you for your kind words! We're so happy to hear that you had such a great experience with Faruk. It sounds like you had a fun and memorable adventure, from the Nemo Museum to finding the perfect donut spot! We’re glad he could make your trip even more enjoyable with great conversation and insights about Amsterdam. We hope to welcome you back for more adventures in the future!
The driver was extremely nice and friendly. However, it felt more like we drove around the city and just looked out the windows. We did stop a few times. Not very much history or details. Would not book again.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the driver friendly and nice. We apologize that the tour didn’t meet your expectations in terms of providing historical details. We strive to ensure all our tours offer a balance of sightseeing and informative commentary, and we’ll work on improving this aspect for future travelers. We appreciate your input and hope to have the chance to serve you better next time. Safe travels!
Driver was NOT a guide so he didn’t know all that much about Amsterdam. We learned a little but consider the 4 hour tour a waste of our valuable time.
We had a nice overall view of the city with Faruk. He was very attentive to our comfort and I would highly recommend him.
Faruk is great picking us up from the airport, showing us around Amsterdam & dropping us off at our hotel. Highly recommended.
Considering my age treated me throughout with extra care and affection Will vouch for carefree journey
