Although I did not know English well (like most Italians), I made myself understood and appreciated, as you can see from the reviews and I will tell you more I was also included on Tripadvisor among the Best "World" Gastronomic Experiences and I am the fourth in the world. During my experiences, I was often asked to share the recipes of the dishes I prepared. That’s how the idea was born to include them in my first novel, where family stories, historical anecdotes, and flavors come together in a series of narratives. If you like, you can simply ask me for the link to purchase it and I’ll send it to you. When we meet, I’ll be happy to write a personal dedication, or, if you prefer, I can bring a copy myself, just like I can bring, upon request, a bottle of wine paired with your menu. A souvenir that I hope will stay in your heart, just like the experience we’ll share.

We booked a dinner with Carlo, but Mr. Carlo does not bother to respond. He does not accept reservations without having already been paid, does not respond privately on Airbnb to requests, and does not even have a published CV, as a chef or stylist (because he does everything himself, yes), and I think this is unprofessional and misleading; I can pretend to be a chef too. Moreover, it is quite concerning that he presents himself without a last name, without a phone number, but only through websites that often block many communications. -Luuk De Jong
Carlo was an incredible chef! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! He took care of everything. He came to our AirBnB with everything he needed and made a meal for 7 of us. It was a 4 course authentic Italian meal. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy during the 10 days we were here. We highly recommend Carlo and this experience. He speaks limited English, but a translate app allowed us to converse with him and have a truly memorable night.

A perfect evening thanks to an extraordinary chef. Punctual, friendly and super organized. Each dish was a small masterpiece, cared for in the smallest details and full of flavor. Very fresh ingredients, original combinations and an impeccable service that made us feel like we were at a restaurant but with the warmth of home.
