We were picked up for our hotel for the 1/2 day tour of the city center of Athens. Our tour guide was a wonderful young man named Lazarus. We was very articulate and well versed in the city and Greek history. He took us to several stops including the Acropolis, the early Olympic stadium, the highest point in Athens, the tomb of the unknown soldier, and many more. Information on each area was vast and comprehensive. His pride in his country and its history was refreshing. After the tour he drop us off for dinner at a fabulous, small greek restaurant. The food was wonderful and authentic. Afterwards, we were transferred back to our hotel. We felt as if we had made a new friend. I would highly recommend this tour. It was truly an informative and breath-taking experience. The Acropolis is truly awe-inspiring and one of a kind.
Our guide was terrific. Very knowledgeable . Dependable and adapted the tour to our needs Thank you Lazurud
