To visit Rome in a fun and exciting way without sacrificing comfort, try a Golf Cart tour! On board a practice Golf Cart we will tour the streets of the city discovering characteristic corners of the historic center, panoramic points, millenary monuments and artistic beauties. We will go to the Janiculum to see the Fontana dell'Acqua Paola (Fontanone) and we will enjoy the panoramic view from the Janiculum Terrace. Then we will admire St. Peter's Square and the famous colonnade. We will continue our tour through Trinità dei Monti, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Navona. We will end up admiring the majestic Colosseum. Subsequently we will visit The Catacombs of St. Callixtus. THIS STOP IS OPTIONAL and lasts 1 hour (purchasable separately for €55 per person on spot) That arose towards the end of the 2nd century, with some private Christian hypogea and a funerary area directly dependent on the Roman church. This was a wonderful tour and I would recommend to anyone who wants to do a deep dive into history of Rome.
Ask for Palo. Born in Roma and is very fluid in English. He is very personable resulting in a great decision to see parts of Roma that you normally don’t see as a tourist. If you have seen the major sights this is the best easy to see Roma.

My wife and I were the only two on the tour. Our guide asked what we had already seen. We had already toured the major sites so he said “okay we going to see some sites that are off the beaten path”. At first we thought it would be scary driving thru Rome in a golf cart but it was not at all. Our tour guide was excellent—brought us to where we requested and in fact added points of interest we did not know of. He was funny and very informative— I would do it again when we return next year. Well worth paying the extra for private tour.

This tour is a must for travelers coming to Rome. The tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable about the history of the city as well as all of the monuments. As soon as we got to the pickup location our tour guide was ready and off we went. This was definitely worth the money especially since it was private tour with just our group (2) so we were able to connect with the guide and get a personalized experience (even a stop that was not listed!). I would definitely do this tour on the first day of visiting Rome for everyone coming through.

We had a beautiful golf cart tour for 4 with Flavio who was amazing! Our guide was so friendly and a true historian. We saw so much more than we would have on our own. Wonderful visit by car. We wanted to take a ride around town with our little girl and this tour seemed the ideal way. They took us in front of all the main attractions and the guide was very nice and professional. We took a break for a snack and were driven back to the hotel. Highly recommended!!!
